For warranty-related issues or repairs you can contact the manufacturer of the product using the information provided on your warranty paperwork. We can provide assistance - just contact us via e-mail at sales@altivo.com or call 323-380 7170.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If a watch begins to malfunction, please refer to the warranty and contact the manufacturer directly for repair or service. Some of our brands are retro/vintage timepieces manufactured by brands that might be permanently closed and no longer offer customer support - in which case - you may return it to us.
All products are photographed along with their packaging slips before shipment. Be sure to return the exact same watch you received in order to be eligible for a return.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Once approved, you will receive a notification regarding the refund process. The product must then be delivered back within 30 days of the order date.
Please include any type of note or document that clarifies which order the product belongs to.
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please do not adjust the band or remove links from the bracelet.
Include all original packaging and materials i.e. warranty cards, instruction manuals, tags.
Any extra accessories included with the purchase i.e. extra straps, strap-changing tools, extra links must also be returned.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees
- Returns with unoriginal or damaged packaging, or missing manuals, warranty cards, or accessories: 20%–50% restocking fee depending on the specific situation.
- We do not accept returns on used or damaged products. They will be subject to up to a 100% restocking fee depending on the situation - specifically for an item that can no longer be sold under ‘New Condition’.
