Altivo Timepieces Returns & Refunds

·       If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

·       If you intend to return the watch, please do not wear it, do not adjust band or remove links from bracelet.

·       Contact us within 15 days to get Return Authorization.

·       No watches will be permitted to return after that period or without RA #

·       After receiving the RA it should be returned in 15 days, no returns will be accepted after that period.

·       Watch and packaging should be in the same condition as received, not used or damaged, make sure to include the complete original box, warranty and instruction papers with the watch.

·       We cannot refund your original shipping charges.

·       RA # (return authorization) must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

·       Many of the watches have Manufacturers Serial number or Limited Edition number which are registered before shipping. Please make sure to return the same watch that you have received from us.

·       As soon as we get the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund and it will be credited to your credit card.

·       Once you have used the watch you no longer can return the watch, If the watch shows a problem you should contact Manufacturer’s Service Center and they will handle repairs that are covered by Warranty.

·       All watches have minimum of 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Return request - Restocking Fee

 

·       The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns  item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. - Up to 30% of item's price.

·       Incomplete packaging and Instruction / Warranty papers. - Up to 20% of item's price.
