Altivo Timepieces Returns & Refunds

1. Please inspect the watch upon receiving it.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
3. If you intend to return the watch, please do not wear it, do not adjust band or remove links from bracelet.
4. Contact us first within 7 days of receiving the watch to get an Return Authorization. No watches will be permitted to return after that period or without RA #
5. Make sure to include the original box, warranty and instruction papers with the watch.
6. Please include a note stating the reason and provide the Order ID number.
7. We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
8. RA # (return authorization) must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
9. As soon as we get the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund and it will be credited to your credit card by Amazon.com
10. Once you have used the watch you no longer can return the watch, If the watch shows a problem you should contact Manufacturer’s Service Center and they will handle repairs that are covered by Warranty.
11. All watches have minimum of 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
12. Watches over $ 300 in value are subject to Restocking Fee 10 % of the value of the watch.
